A Resource for Users of
Adobe Photoshop Elements

Adobe Photoshop Elements goes far beyond editing -- its powerful Organizer makes it easy to manage your photo files, find the photos you're looking for, share photos via email, and make albums, slideshows, and other creations, print your photos, and keep your collection safe by creating backups.

This site is designed to support users of the Photoshop Elements Organizer and readers of Michael Slater's book, Organize Your Photos with Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.

There will not, unfortunately, be a new edition of the book for version 4 or version 5 of the software. The core organizing functions remain largely unchanged in Photoshop Elements 5, however, so the great majority of the book remains relevant.

For information on what's new in Photoshop Elements 5, see Adobe's list of new features.

  • Already have the book? Point to the Using Elements button above to access example files and additional details on using the program, or the Resources button for books and web sites for going further.
  • Looking for more information on the book, Organize Your Photos? Read excerpts from the book, covering catalogs, tagging, stacks, creations, printing, and more.
  • Trying to choose software to work with your photos? Photoshop Elements is the best solution yet for digital photo hobbyists.
  • Have a question about using the Photoshop Elements Organizer? If you can't find the answer in the book or on this site, send us your question. We'll answer personally whenever we can, and post answers to common questions.
